I worked as a client associate at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in LA this summer. In my presentation, I want to share with you the tricks of making new connections at a workplace setting and turning seemingly routine tasks into moments for good conversations and opportunities. To me, this internship was not just about getting to know the business of wealth management, but also about expanding my social circle and exploring my future career possibilities. I believe one will only go a long way if one knows the game of cultivating mutually beneficial relationships.
