Starting with Startups

What's better- to work for a startup or a well-established business? When starting off one's career, working in a creative and innovative atmosphere for a smaller company may be more beneficial than a larger one. Interning for Core Complexity Assessments and Osmo provided insight into how efficiently and effectively a small team can reach out and provide services for the public. From revolutionizing a gaming system to providing managers a better understanding of their employees and applicants, these two startups exemplified the importance of work ethic and creativity in a dynamic, innovative atmosphere. The opportunity to be involved in multiple aspects of product development and outreach is extremely valuable when start off one's career.
