Growing, One Phone Bill At A Time

Granite Telecommunications is a company that provides communication services to businesses throughout the United States and Canada. Recently founded in 2002, Granite already serves nearly 5,000 customers with unparalleled customer service and competitively low prices. The company's customer retention rate is more than five time higher than the industry average and Granite prides itself on customer satisfaction. The company not only puts its customers first, but also its employees. This presentation will focus on one employee's experience (mine) working at Granite for a summer. I will explain my main job where I was apart of a team that analyzed potential client's invoices to see where our company could save them money. I will also discuss what I learned about myself and about working for a new and rapidly growing company.
