Working On a Farm and Feeding a City
Community sustained agricultural projects (CSA’s) are an alternate way to feed a population. This segment will follow my summer as an organic farming intern for Skarsgard Farms. I will explore how small farms supported by local community members can sustainably feed areas as big as New Mexico. Thus obliging us to rethink our future developmental options in our progressing world.
