If you have an emergency requiring hospital level of care, call 1-911 from any campus phone or 413-538-2304. Public Safety and Service will respond to assist you.
Urgent Care
When the Health Center is closed-Hours of Operation
A clinician can be contacted daily through an answering service. She can assist by providing advice regarding seeking emergency care or self-care. She will not be able to dispense or prescribe medication.
To reach the clinician, call extension 2242 (413-538-2242) and follow prompts, give reason for call and contact information to the operator. The clinician will contact you within 15-20 minutes.
