It's Not You, It's Your Personality
Have you ever asked yourself why you behave the way you do? Did you know that certain personality traits can predict your success in certain work cultures? Working with Giombetti Associates, an independent consulting firm that uses an individualized personality assessment to help hire employees, provided me with insights as to how personality is a greater indicator of one’s success than are technical skills and experience. Giombetti Associates assists businesses in finding, interviewing, and hiring employees, and also work with administrative teams in developing leadership skills and introducing more efficient and communicative styles. Witnessing countless interviews and conferences with potential employees and their employers, I was exposed to all aspects of the hiring and communication processes of executive and management teams. My presentation will speak about what dictates human behavior and what it takes to thrive in the business world.
