• Benefits rate for faculty summer salary: 9%
• Benefits rate for student summer payroll: 9%
• Benefits rate for student AY payroll and student stipends: 0%
• Benefits rate for part-time employees who are eligible for retirement contributions 19.5%
• Federal benefits rate for faculty academic year and exempt staff salary: 30.5%
• Foundation benefits rate for faculty academic year and exempt staff salary: 37.2%

Standard inflation rate for Faculty and exempt salaries: 2% per year
