A continuing goal of the College and all of its departments is to seek new methods and procedures to improve our operations.
Departments and special committees review broad areas of College management on a regular basis--areas such as department organization and staffing, expansion of technology, equipment needs, employee safety, fringe benefits, etc. However, every improvement in our operations, whether it affects one department or many, begins with the idea of one person.
When you become familiar with your own duties and with the overall operations of the College, you are encouraged and expected to be alert for methods that might simplify work, save College funds, improve communications, or, in any way, improve College operations.
