The Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17 U.S. Code) governs the making of photocopies of copyrighted material. The individual who selects the material to be duplicated and who orders the copies (if different from the individual making the copies) is responsible for any infringement of this law.
Copy machines in College offices and buildings are to be used for the copying of material relating to College business only. If you wish to copy personal documents, you should arrange for payment of your personal use of the equipment.
