David B. Truman Employee Scholarship

The Mount Holyoke College Staff Council is pleased to oversee the David B. Truman Employee Scholarship, which was established in honor of former MHC president David B. Truman. This scholarship awards $400 or more to one or more qualified recipients each year. Applicants must be the legal child or qualified dependent of a current Mount Holyoke staff member, and a senior in high school planning to pursue post-secondary education who will be receiving no other tuition or education benefit from the College. Applicants are evaluated primarily on eligibility and the award amount is determined by the number of qualified applicants. All eligible applicants will be entered into a lottery, from which the recipients will be chosen.
