Department Learning Goals

Academic departments and programs have developed their own individual department-wide learning goals to identify the shared knowledge, skills, methods and creative endeavors expected of every student involved in each field. The department learning goals are posted in the course catalog and on each department's website. The addition of learning goals to each department's website started in 2014 as part of an institutional-wide website upgrade to highlight and present clear curricular pathways for students, learning assessment metrics, and important stories about alumnae.
