Strategic Planning

Mount Holyoke College is committed to comprehensive institutional planning that integrates strategic planning, facilities master planning, annual planning for the College as a whole and for its divisions, and on-going assessment that utilizes results for improvement.

The planning cycle integrates four functions:

  • Institutional research and assessment
  • Strategic, facilities, and financial planning
  • Annual operating planning and budgeting
  • Reaccreditation self-study

The College has adopted a five-year strategic planning period tied to the reaccreditation cycle set by the Commission on Institutions of Higher Education of the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).
