The deadlines given in these procedures are designed to make it possible for an individual to proceed through every stage of the College’s informal and/or formal procedures with sufficient time to file a complaint with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) or the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD).
