Dyanne Rousseau earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Philosophy at Mount Holyoke College as a Frances Perkins Scholar. She also has an Associates of Science in Business from Springfield Technical Community College.
Rousseau's higher education career has spanned experiential learning, employer and alumnae relations, and student career development. In her current role, she advises students and alumnae, manages career-related programs, and leads workshops to advance the mission of the Career Development Center. Rousseau is also responsible for data systems and analytics related to student and alumnae engagement and manages the Career Development Center's knowledge rate research project. Rousseau is a career coach, data fanatic, trainer, and an expert in preparing others in the art of job searching and mastering the job interview.
Rousseau, a proud mother of three, enjoys being an active member of her community as a volunteer with the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts, the Greater Springfield Habitat for Humanity, and as a Mount Holyoke College Pioneer Valley Alumnae Club Board Member.
