Karen O'Connell

As a perpetual learner, Karen O'Connell has pursued opportunities throughout her 25-year career that have allowed her to gain new skills, knowledge and experiences while putting her fundraising expertise to use. Whether working for an international environmental advocacy organization, a local early education center, or a world-class performing arts organization, O'Connell has deployed her enthusiasm and passion for connecting people and causes to create meaningful engagement opportunities for donors. Since moving to the Pioneer Valley in 2011, O'Connell has worked at The Care Center in Holyoke, United Way of Hampshire County in Northampton, and is thrilled to now work with the accomplished and creative team at Mount Holyoke College.
