From June through August 2013, I interned at the Scranton Times-Tribune with the lifestyles and people sections. During this internship, I learned how to behave when dealing with outside sources and closely fact-checking all of my articles. My time at the newspaper allowed me to understand the importance of sharing individual stories within a community.
